FAQ’s

  • Instead of offering just one logo design, I provide a full logo suite. This includes various versions of the logo designed for different uses. A logo suite ensures your brand looks great across all platforms and grows seamlessly. It's not just a single design; it's a complete toolkit for a consistent and adaptable brand identity.

  • Yes, for most projects, a 50% deposit of the total amount is necessary before commencing work. The remaining 50% becomes due upon approval of the files, prior to delivery.

  • YES. I want the deliverables to align with what you envision for the project. We are happy to make changes.

    I allow for 2 rounds of revisions after initial designs have been sent. If you wish to make additional changes after that, there is a $50 fee per additional round of revisions. This amount will be invoiced after designs have been approved, prior to delivery.

  • DISCOVERY

    You're after a standout brand, and I'm here to help bring it to life. We’ll kick things off with a Discovery Call to chat about your vision, goals, and audience. Afterwards, you'll receive a tailored proposal to officially begin our design journey.

    We’ve nailed the brief—now it’s time to dive deeper. Together, we’ll explore design direction with curated moodboards featuring colour palettes, fonts, and visual inspiration that align with your brand’s identity.

    CREATION

    With a clear direction in place, I jump into the creative process. From sketching initial concepts to building full designs, I focus on crafting visuals that hit the mark. You’ll review, refine, and watch your brand take shape.

    SHOWCASE + FINALISE

    It’s reveal time! I present the full brand identity, explain the thought process behind each design choice, and we make any final tweaks. Once everything’s approved and the final payment is completed, you receive your full brand package—guidelines, assets, and everything you need to shine.
